Returns & Refunds

Made to Order

Every print is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than damage or defect.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will arrange a replacement at no charge. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a photo clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Use the contact form on the About page

We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
